I once rented a property that looked perfect online. Upon arriving, I discovered a strong smell of marijuana throughout the space. With young children present, I knew I couldn't stay in that environment and had to cancel my rental immediately. Because of the quick cancellation, I wasn't able to share my concerns on Airbnb.

I had rented this property specifically because the listing said they had an EV charger. After driving over 15 hours, I was looking forward to relaxing and charging my car overnight. A couple of hours before my arrival, I was informed that the property didn't have an EV charger after all. Thankfully, I found a nearby supercharger, but I ended up wasting time driving around to charge. I was really disappointed, especially after paying so much and not getting what was promised.

We booked this place because the photos made it look beautiful and spacious. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find cracked tiles and holes in the walls. It wasn’t a disaster, but it definitely didn’t match the photos. They tried covering up some of the flaws, but it just made the place look worse. Our stay was okay overall, but I definitely felt like I overpaid.
