Do I need an account, and how do I post a review?

Yes, you need an account to use the app, see reviews, and post your own. After logging in, navigate to the 'Post a Review' section, select the property, and follow the prompts.

Is my data safe and my post anonymous?

Your posts are tied to your profile, but your contact details remain private. We prioritize your data privacy and security, ensuring your data is stored securely and used as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

How are reviews managed?

Reviews are tied to profiles, but your contact details are private. We moderate all reviews to ensure they meet community guidelines and remove inappropriate content.

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account in two ways: 1. Via the app: Navigate to the Profile section, where you will find an option to delete your account. 2. By sending an email to truestar@camsoftwarellc.com with the subject line 'Account Deletion.' This will expedite the process. Please note that account deletion can take up to 90 days to complete.

How do I suggest an improvement to your app?
